The Qur’an: A Guide to Life
The Qur’an is the final revelation from Allah, brought to humanity through Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. What Does the Qur’an Command?
At its core the Qur’an commands sincere worship of Allah alone and a life of moral responsibility. It emphasizes acts of devotion such as prayer fasting and giving to those in need because these practices strengthen the relation to God and shape social care. It also insists on truthful speech keeping promises fairness and justice in dealing with others. The Qur’an warns against arrogance backbiting and oppression and calls believers to patience humility and continuous striving toward good. In sum the Qur’an asks for a faith that shows itself in upright character so that a believer becomes an honorable example to others.

Guidance from the Qur’an for Every Aspect of Life
Read in the name of your Lord who created.
Al-Alaq: 1
This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you.
Al-Ma’idah: 3
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur’an and We will be its guardian.
Al-Hijr: 9
Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.
Ar-Ra’d: 28
And do not turn your face away from people in arrogance, nor walk in the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful.”
Surah Luqman: 18
Indeed, Allah commands justice, good conduct, and giving to relatives.
An-Nahl: 90
O mankind, there has come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts.

And We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds.

O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice.
